SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – For the first time in years, an Independence Day parade marched through the streets of downtown Sioux Falls.
People lined Phillips Avenue Saturday morning to celebrate Independence Day as the parade returned to downtown Sioux Falls.
