WEST JEFFERSON, Ohio (WSYX) — Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that occurred just after 1:30 a.m. Sunday in West Jefferson’s Madison County.
According to a release, a Freightliner driven by 42-year-old, Bekhzod Asrarov, traveling southbound on I-71 hit and killed the driver of a 2025 Honda Accord.
