A 79-year-old Coleman man recently accepted a plea bargain, pleading guilty to a July 2025 home invasion.
Timothy Louis Nelson pleaded guilty on June 29 to felony third-degree home invasion in Midland County Circuit Court before Judge Michael Beale. Sentencing is not yet scheduled.
