MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The future of Liberty Park is back before the Memphis City Council on Tuesday, but not for a new announcement.
Two funding items tied to Liberty Park and the old fairgrounds redevelopment are set to be withdrawn from the agenda. This involves $800,000 in bond-funded projects.
