RICHLAND, Wash. — Richland city leaders will recognize Hanford High School sophomore Jonathan Allen for setting a new Washington high school pole vault record.
Allen cleared 17 feet, 6 inches at the 2026 Washington Interscholastic Activities Association State Track and Field Championships in Tacoma and won the Class 4A state title.
