TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Tucson Police Department has identified the suspect in a 1995 cold case.
Back in March 1995, 38-year-old Luis Gustavo Suchite was found at an apartment complex located at 2020 South Columbus Boulevard with a gunshot wound.
The TPD said Suchite was taken to Tucson Medical Center, where he later died…
