SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO)– The document that laid the foundation for the United States was on display in Sioux Falls today. However, it might have looked a little different.
People gathered at the Battleship South Dakota Memorial to see possibly the largest copy of the Declaration of Independence.
John Small first shared this idea with his wife while trying to figure out how to celebrate America’s 250th birthday.
