EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — For many, the 4th of July is a day of celebration, but for one Evansville man, his life was nearly changed for the worse after a fireworks mishap over the holiday weekend.
“It was a big flash,” said Cody Hefley. “The entire thing went off at once, about two feet in front of my face. It felt like a hand grenade to the face.”
