LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — The Pennsylvania-based Federal Donuts & Chicken will be opening its first Midstate location later this week.
abc27 news reported back in September 2025 when TRUE Commercial Real Estate had announced that Federal Donuts & Chicken would be opening a new location in College Row at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster County.
