LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Police have made a second arrest in connection to a robbery that happened at a Warwick Township home in late June.
Police said Luis Angel Lopez, Jr., 37, of Berks County, along with his co-conspirator Hector Luis Martinez Jr., 18, who was previously arrested, held victims at gunpoint during a failed robbery at a home in the first block of Hurst Boulevard on June 28.
