HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A driver was arrested after Hillsborough deputies said he tried to switch seats with a passenger during a traffic stop and ended up crashing into a patrol car.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said it was conducting a traffic stop near the intersection of North Florida Avenue and West Country Club Drive on Wednesday.
