SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Hundreds of local students are heading into the school year with new supplies thanks to a community back-to-school event held Friday.
Families gathered on Abercorn Street for a free back-to-school bash, where the first 300 children received backpacks filled with school supplies.
