We wanted to provide an update to our North Aurora community regarding our annual Independence Day Celebration Event.
As you know, storms last week cancelled our event scheduled for July 3, 2026. Given the continued storms and weather damage throughout that weekend, the original rain date of July 5 for the fireworks show was not feasible.
Given the significance of this year’s Independence Day and wanting to put on a great community event, the Village is currently working to reschedule the entire Independence Day event — fireworks, live music and food trucks! — to a date later this year…
