MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) — A Wisconsin appeals court has denied an attempt by the father of the Abundant Life Christian School shooter to have the criminal charges against him dismissed.
Jeffrey Rupnow had asked the appeals court to throw out the charges he faces, but the court rejected the request, allowing the case to move forward in Dane County.
