RIO, Wis. — A 23-year-old Illinois woman was arrested Friday morning after the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office said deputies found drugs in her vehicle following a pursuit near Rio.
A sergeant found a vehicle stopped in the road on County Trunk Highway C, just south of Rio, shortly before 4:30 a.m. The driver was asleep behind the wheel while the vehicle was still in drive.
