A Chautauqua County woman has died after being struck by a car while riding a bicycle.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office said that the crash happened on July 9 in the Town of Chautauqua just before 1 pm on Chautauqua Stedman Road.

The sheriff’s office said that after investigating, the driver of the vehicle was heading south when they failed to safely pass 78-year-old Mary Hustead of Chautauqua.
Hustead was flown to UPMC Hamot, where she later died of her injuries…
