MANCHESTER, Tenn. (WSMV) – Manchester city leaders are eyeing plans to install security cameras along the Little Duck River Greenway after a weekend of extensive vandalism that included graffiti on bridges, trees and signs throughout the trail.
Mayor Joey Hobbs said residents walking the greenway called police Sunday morning to report the damage. Police then contacted Parks and Recreation to begin cleanup.
‘Pretty extensive’ damage
Hobbs said the vandalism stretched from the soccer complex to the softball fields and into the baseball complex.
