BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Two people were arrested in separate drug investigations conducted by the Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office.
On July 9, deputies arrested Derek Stevens, 48, of Donaldsonville. He was charged with:
- Unauthorized use of a movable.
- Possession of Adderall.
- Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
The following day, July 10, deputies arrested Cody Richard, 39, of Addis.
Richard was charged with:
- Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
- Possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
- Illegal carrying of a weapon in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance.
- Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
