New Orleans’ homegrown hand pie maker has a new collaboration underway with local roaster PJ’s Coffee that does just that.
It’s the mocha pie, and the latest special flavor from Hubig’s Pies is now in a limited production run of just two weeks. I wasted no time getting my hot, little hands on one.
I’m happy to report this is a successful marriage with strong coffee flavor and sweet pie goodness…
