NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The CEO of Uncle Nearest and her husband are out of the company, according to court filing by the Farm Credit Mid-America against the Tennessee-based whiskey company Uncle Nearest.
Uncle Nearest has reportedly been having a challenging financial quarter, and as a result, a court-appointed receiver was assigned to help the company and protect its creditors.
