ROCK RAPIDS—A 52-year-old Rock Rapids woman was arrested about 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 9, on a charge of public intoxication.
The arrest of Lisa Ranae Schabacker stemmed from her being at Avera Merrill Pioneer Hospital in Rock Rapids for alcohol-related issues, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
