A set of office buildings is going up on Stumberg Lane, between Jefferson Highway and Coursey Boulevard.
The project, titled The Bloc @ Stumberg, will span 12,000 square feet and will consist of four 3,000-square-foot garden office buildings. The development, at 5636 Stumberg, headed by Stirling Properties, is currently undergoing site preparation and will start buildout of the first building at the beginning of 2027
Garden offices, which are small, single-tenant workspaces, are in high demand, said Thomas Parsons, Stirling senior advisor. As remote work remains a part of modern office culture, companies are seeking smaller spaces to accommodate in-person workers, he said…
