The former Shari’s restaurant in Hillsboro’s Sunset Esplanade could soon trade pie shakes for chicken fingers and Cane’s Sauce.
The city of Hillsboro has received a request for development review to construct a Raising Cane’s drive-thru restaurant at 2385 S.E. Tualatin Valley Highway, a city spokesperson told the News-Times on Monday, July 13.
