SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The New York State Attorney General and the Mayor of Syracuse are filing a joint lawsuit against the owner of Nob Hill Apartments over a slew of safety and quality-of-life concerns for the people who live there.
The lawsuit, filed in State Supreme Court in Onondaga County on Wednesday, July 15, identified 413 code violations over seven years. 69 active violations remained unaddressed as of this summer.
