BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Narcotics agents with the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office seized hundreds of grams of crack, marijuana, and thousands of dollars during a recent bust, landing several suspected dealers in handcuffs.
“Our investigation led us to Huey Golmond and Will Williams and to search warrants for two homes. One on Buddy Ellis, the other on Burgess Road,” wrote Livingston Parish Sheriff Jason Ard in a release shared through the agency’s mobile app.
The arrests were made Monday, July 13. Huey Golmond was taken into custody on charges of possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Will Williams, 49, was charged with possession with intent to distribute, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a gun with drugs, drug paraphernalia, and probation violation.
