NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – NOPD officials announced the arrest of four suspects in connection with a March homicide in Algiers.
Officers said 17-year-old Noe Padilla was killed in the shooting near Socrates St. and Brooklyn Avenue on March 23.
According to police, at around 2 a.m., a group of men were approached by a group of strangers and an argument ensued. When the first group got into their vehicle to leave, the suspects opened fire, shooting two victims. The two victims were taken to the hospital, where Padilla later died…
