RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – On Wednesday, July 15, a federal grand jury returned an eight-count indictment charging a Carson City woman and a Georgia man with allegedly starving their son to death and abusing their pets, causing the death of one of their dogs, according to the Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney’s Office news release.
Emma Bradshaw, 22, and Ladarrion McCray, 23, are charged with one count of felony murder by child abuse; one count of cruelty to children in the first degree; one count of making false statements; one count of animal crushing; one count of aggravated animal cruelty; and two counts of animal cruelty.
