RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Lawyers for Delshay Astor, 28, filed a motion on July 12, 2026 to dismiss the case against him in the death of Anna Marie Scott, arguing the court does not have grounds to bring charges because both Astor and Scott are tribal members and the crime occurred on tribal land.
