SALEM, Ore. (KPTV) – A man was arrested after drugs were found during a traffic stop early Thursday morning, according to the Salem Police Department.
At about 2:19 a.m., officers stopped 43-year-old Joshua Walker in the 600 block of Greencrest Street Northeast. Police said officers learned Walker had three outstanding arrest warrants and took him into custody.
