LEBANON, Ore. — The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) issued a missing person alert Wednesday for a man believed to be traveling on highways north and south of Lebanon.
Authorities are searching for Joe Morgan, who is described as a white man, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 135 pounds. He has hazel eyes and white hair and was last seen wearing a dark golf shirt, a baseball cap and long pants.
