Starting this upcoming school year, a new state law requires Hoosier students to keep their cellphones put away for the entire school day.
In response to Senate Enrolled Act 78, the Carmel Clay Schools board of trustees adopted a new bell-to-bell cellphone policy at their June 24 meeting.
