HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A man is in the Vanderburgh County Jail after police say he posted nude photos to a victim’s social media and then tried to run from police.
Evansville police say Malakai Hargett faces multiple charges after the victim said Hargett logged into one of her social media accounts and posted nude photos of her without her permission. When officers asked, they say Hargett initially denied the allegations, but then admitted to it by saying, “yeah they’re my pictures I took them.”
They say he tried to run off during the arrest, but they tripped him, and he also tried to take off while being transported to a patrol vehicle. Hargett faces charges of distribution of an intimate image resisting law enforcement and escape…
