An Atlanta-based homebuilder known for building communities for the “move-up buyer” announced plans this week to bring 299 homes to the fast-growing Wesley Chapel area of Pasco County.
National homebuilder PulteGroup has finalized the purchase of a 136-acre property along Kenton Road and to the south of Elam Road, which will become its latest community: The Enclave at King Lake. PulteGroup declined to disclose the purchase price for the property.
King Lake Partners Owner LP, which is linked to a Greenville, South Carolina-based real estate company called Long Key Development, had previously purchased the parcel of pasture land in 2022 for $17.8 million, county records show. Records had not been updated to reflect the Pulte purchase price…
