PORTLAND, OR – Hundreds of people are expected to show up this weekend in downtown Portland to watch almost two dozen couples get married or renew their vows.
Sydney Mead is with Downtown Portland Clean and Safe, which is partnering with local pride organizations to put on the event “I Do at Darcelle’s”, part of the ‘Summer of Love’ series.
