Missing autistic teen’s father sues TN agencies for $25M

Nearly two and a half years after his 15-year-old autistic son, Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers, disappeared in Hendersonville, Seth Rogers is suing county and state agencies and a handful of department figureheads he says failed the boy. He’s asking for $25 million.

The lawsuits were filed in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee on July 15 and 16 by Darren M. Richie Esq. of DRE, A.P.C., a Southern California-based law firm with additional locations in Las Vegas, Nashville and New York.

The lawsuits are against Sumner County, Tennessee; Sumner County Sheriff’s Office, its sheriff Eric Craddock and Detective Brandon Carter; Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, its commissioner Margie Quin and employees Lesley Keele Ritchie, Laura Boswell and Amira J. Walker…
