EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville Police say they caught a man with three baggies of meth after he committed a traffic violation.
Just after midnight Sunday, police were in the area of North Fares Avenue and Diamond Avenue when they saw a driver make an improper turn.
