SIERRA COUNTY, Calif. (KOLO) – Containment has increased to 88% on the Elephant Fire as crews continue to work on mop-up operations. The fire has burned 13,915 acres in Sierra, Plumas, and Lassen Counties. Smoke was still visible from the interior of the fire Sunday morning.
