FAIRFAX, Ohio (WKRC) – The man who died in Friday’s east side flash flooding has been identified as Russ McKinney, 58.
A social media post by the village said it extends its condolences to McKinney’s family. “Several of us who work at the Village grew up with Russ and we are so saddened by this tragic loss.”
