CLOVIS, Calif. (FOX26) — A 15-year-old was cited and had his electric motorcycle impounded after a traffic stop in Clovis on Saturday.
The Clovis Police Department says a Sergeant on patrol near Peach and Teague cited a 15-year-old on an electric motorcycle.
