A driver allegedly told a witness to “help me get my beer” from a cooler in his car before fleeing a fatal crash that killed a 76-year-old man, court documents state.
Officers arrested Abraham Sosa Castro, 21, of Fabens on July 7 on a charge of collision involving death in connection with a June 18 fatal crash that killed El Pasoan Manuel Oliva Contreras, El Paso Police Department spokesman Officer Adrian Cisneros said in a news release.
