What began as a routine response of a bicyclist crashing after striking a pothole escalated into a weapons and narcotics arrest on July 18th, in Niagara Falls.
Police say responding officers encountered a man carrying two illegal firearms, multiple high-capacity magazines and suspected narcotics before using a Taser to take him into custody after he refused commands from officers.
