Building in downtown Lexington to be renovated into luxury short-term rentals

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A building at 102 West High Street is being renovated into luxury short-term rentals, according to the Lexington Herald-Leader.

The building is being converted by ARW Investments into three short-term units that will accomodate up to 16 guests total, the Herald-Leader says. Units can be rented individually, or the entire building can be rented, according to the Herald-Leader.

Access to two retail spaces and an interior courtyard will be part of the offered experience. Six off-street parking spots will be reserved for guests nearby, the Herald-Leader reports…
