SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Springfield man is facing multiple felony charges after investigators say he threatened to build a bomb, harm family members and made statements that led deputies to evacuate a local home.
According to online court records, Justin Lee Douglas, born in 1976, is charged with unlawful possession, transport, manufacture, repair or sale of an illegal weapon, a Class D felony; and three counts of first-degree harassment, Class E felonies.
