PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The family of a Washington DUI suspect who was fatally stabbed is sounding an alarm on authorities’ potential misuse of body cameras, attorneys have alleged.
On Wednesday, Mark Lindquist Law and Angus Lee Law announced they are representing Marc Fogle’s estate more than a year after a deputy with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office killed him following his arrest on suspicion of drunk driving. Lawyers revealed the agency is now investigating after they wrote a letter requesting that Sheriff John Horch further look into the incident.

KOIN 6 previously reported that a driver, later identified as Fogle, died after an altercation on May 7, 2025. CCSO alleged the Clackamas resident crashed into two parked vehicles that evening around 11 p.m., and was driven to the Washington State Patrol Scale House near Ridgefield for a breathalyzer test.
