RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – The not-for-profit Hot August Nights is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, honoring chrome, classics and community, and in an event preview on Wednesday, July 22, it announced new downtown Reno experiences, a returning prom and an expanded awards program.
The anniversary celebration begins Friday, July 31, in Virginia City, where about 400 classic cars will roll in for a Show-n-Shine and an end-of-day cruise that night and Saturday, Aug. 1.
