INDIANA – Attorney General Todd Rokita today announced a settlement with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, a generic drug manufacturer that allegedly conspired to inflate prices and limit competition, that will bring Indiana $154,000.
“We continue holding Big Pharma accountable when they harm Hoosiers by putting profits over people,” Attorney General Rokita said. “These companies must be made to honor their ethical and legal obligations to consumers.”
