SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Fargo, North Dakota developer announced plans to bring a 55+ community to the east side of Sioux Falls.
Emra Sioux Falls will be “designed for active adults who want independence and community without excessive entry fees or long-term commitments,” a news release from developer Great Lakes said.
