Chick-fil-A is testing a spicy version of this fan-favorite menu item

Chick-fil-A fans could soon be in for a spicy surprise.

The fast food chicken chain confirmed to USA TODAY on Friday, July 24, that it is testing Spicy Chick-n-Strips for a limited time at two Atlanta-area restaurants. The item was last available as part of a short-lived test in 2023, according to reporting from Nation’s Restaurant News.

The spicy strips are being tested while the chain’s summer menu features a Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich, which was made available on May 28 in addition to a line of pineapple dragon fruit beverages and summertime peach-flavored treats.
