POLK COUNTY, Fla. – Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested an 18-year-old Winter Haven man and a 13-year-old juvenile following a series of vehicle break-ins early July 22 in the Whisper Lakes neighborhood of Jan Phyl Village.
According to authorities, the incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. when two masked individuals burglarized two vehicles. The suspects stole roughly $550 worth of items from two wallets inside the cars before fleeing the scene.
