Miss Madison County Volunteer Karenna Rainey took the crown — eventually — in the Miss Tennessee Volunteer pageant, representing the very county the pageant has historically taken place in.
Rainey, 24, won on the Carl Perkins Civic Center stage on July 26 in Jackson as the pageant wrapped up its sixth year.
